Schalke 04 is one of the football teams who has made perhaps the biggest push into esports with their League of Legends roster, and now they've demonstrated how proud they are in their efforts by showing a video of the team in the stadium at a recent football match against Hertha BSC.
Here is the message they posted on Twitter: "We showed this video in the stadium today before our football match vs. Hertha BSC Berlin. The club is super proud of what the team has achieved this split. Let's make them even prouder!"
A lot of sports teams keep their esports sides separate from their traditional sports teams, so it's nice to see the club taking pride in both their football and their League of Legends. Should more teams do this?
