Ninja signs with CAA

Following his return to Twitch, the streamer has signed with a major talent agency.

Tyler "Ninja" Blevins has once again made a huge move that edges the livestreaming industry ever closer to being mainstream media. The newly returned Twitch star has signed with CAA (Creative Artists Agency), a major talent agency, who represent celebrities such as Johnny Depp, Lady Gaga and Cristiano Ronaldo.

The multiyear deal, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter, comes soon after Ninja voiced his desire to branch out into new avenues, such as the likes of movie roles, voice acting, and producing. Ninja is still expected to be participating where he can in live streaming and esports, however, the move does open the potential to see the star on the silver screen.

Ninja's exclusivity deal with Twitch was signed only a few weeks ago, in a move that ties him to the site for multiple years. Unlike his move to Mixer, this deal's details have not been disclosed as of yet.
