The Call of Duty World League Championship saw another big event over the past weekend, that being the CWL Birmingham Open in the UK, and taking home the grandest prize of all was Epsilon Esports.

The event, hosted at Insomnia60, saw 60 teams fight for the championship in the last major LAN before the CWL Global Pro League kicks off this week, including top teams like Splyce, Millenium, Fnatic, and Elevate.

The grand final, however, saw Epsilon take on Splyce for the title, coming out of the loser's bracket to do so, however, Epsilon won the final convincingly, with players like David "Dqvee" Davies performing consistently well throughout the competition.

This win earns Epsilon $20,000 USD in prize money, but Splyce also get $12,000 to take home too. Up next for Epsilon though is the Global Pro League, where they play in the yellow group in early May.
