Cloud9 has made the announcement that it is rebuilding its League of Legends team's coaching staff. Revealed in a series of posts on Twitter, the North American organisation has confirmed the release of three members, and has already welcomed a new head coach.
To start with, former head coach Alfonso "Mithy" Aguirre Rodríguez has left the team and is now serving as an assistant coach for 100 Thieves. Secondly, Jonathan "Westrice" Nguyen has departed as an assistant coach, with no information as to where he will be heading to being revealed just yet. Last of all, Kim "Reignover" Yeu-jin is also leaving as an assistant coach, with likewise zero information as to where he will end up being noted.
With all of this in mind, Cloud9 has already brought on a new head coach, in the former streamer Nick "LS" De Cesare, who will be heading up the organisation's coaching staff. We can assume that more announcements on who will be taking up the assistant coach slots will be coming shortly as well.
