100 Thieves has announced a $60 million Series C round of funding

It is expected to help the organisation grow in the coming years.

It has been revealed by 100 Thieves that the esports organisation has finished securing $60 million in a Series C round of funding. It is said to be used to help grow the organisation over the coming years.

This announcement has also raised the value of the organisation, with 100 Thieves now expected to tally in at $460 million, making the team the fastest growing top gaming organisation currently.

"Our performance in 2021 exceeded all of my expectations," said Matthew "Nadeshot" Haag, founder & CEO of 100 Thieves. "We have delivered on our core promise of elevating gaming culture while building a strong business and brand for the long term. 100 Thieves now has the capital to launch and acquire new companies that I know our community will love."

In terms of how the $60 million will be invested into the organisation, it is expected to be used to support esports, entertainment, apparel, and the launch of new businesses and acquisitions.
